What is Beautiful Bell Tents?


We are a family-run business based in Northamptonshire providing bell tent hire for all occasions. Some call it 'glamping', others just call it 'camping without the faff'. Our most popular booking is wedding accommodation for which we provide any number of tents for any number of guests. We also offer tents for smaller events such as garden parties and birthdays. Our standard bell tents are five metres in diameter and can be hired at a range of prices through our three main packages.




Do you have a campsite?


No, we come to you. Many glamping companies provide a campsite with permanent pitches. However, our business is focused on offering you our beautiful tents at a location of your choosing and providing you have permission to use the land we are able to pitch our tents at a location that suits you.




What packages do you offer?


We offer: - The Classic - The Deluxe - The Super Deluxe. As standard, our tents come as 1x 5m diameter bell tent; carpet flooring; fairy-lit central pole; door mat; external bunting and external fairy-lighting. The Classic is our cheapest option for which we provide our standard tent and no frills. Airbeds can be individually hired at an additional cost, as well as any other of our extras that come as standard with out Deluxe or Super Deluxe packages. If you just want a tent and nothing else feel free to bring your own airbeds, sleeping bags and whatever else you need. The Deluxe comes with airbeds (single and/or double) as standard including bedding. This package can be booked for two persons or four persons, although additional airbeds can be hired. We include soft furnishings such as cushions, rag rugs, mirrors and apple crate bedside tables. The Super Deluxe is our top-end offering for which we provide all of the above as well as a rustic wooden bed with real mattress. We consider this our 'honeymoon suite' so as standard we provide complimentary champagne and a flowers. How do I make an enquiry or booking?


We don't offer conventional online bookings due to the nomadic nature of our accommodation. Whichever way you choose to get in touch we aim to respond same-day providing you have contacted us within business hours 9-5 Monday-Friday.




How do I pay?


Once your booking has been confirmed we will request a deposit. This should be paid on booking and the balance then paid up-front before commencement of your event. Please view our Terms and Conditions for more information. We prefer to accept bank transfer but under certain circumstances we will accept cash.




Do you provide a power source?


No. We provide battery-powered fairy lights that offer a cosy glow within your tent. Depending on your location you may be able to acquire electricity but we take no responsibility for this and do not recommend unless you have complete assurance of safety.




How many people are allowed per tent?


We recommend that our standard five-metre bell tents accommodate no more than six people. If you opt for our Classic package with no airbeds you may well fit more than six people but at the expense of comfort. Our Deluxe package comes as either 2-person or 4-person options but can accommodate up to six guests in any combination of single or double airbeds. Additional airbeds can be hired. Our Super Deluxe package is primarily aimed at two guests staying in a solid bed. However, airbeds can be added for up to four extra guests.




What add-ons do you offer?


On top of our basic packages you may choose to hire some of our add-ons. Where are you?


We are based in Northamptonshire and primarily provide our bell tents for hire here and Buckinghamshire. We are happy to offer our services further afield inlcuding Warwickshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire but we will consider your request if you're in any neighbouring county. We may charge an additional service fee depending on your location.




How does it work?


It's really simple. Once booked we turn up at an agreed time and locaton to put up your tent(s). We leave you to it until the end of your booking. Once your event is over we return to disassemble and take a way your tent(s). You don't have to worry about anything apart from turning up.




How long can I book for?


Your initial booking is based on one night's accommodation with us putting up your tent on the day and removing it the following day. Times and logisitics can be discussed. You are welcome to book for any number of additional nights for which there will be a additional charge




What bedding to you provide?


For our packages that include bedding you will be provided with: - one sheet per airbed - one covered duvet per airbed - one covered pillow per single airbed - two covered pillows per double airbed Our Super Deluxe package provides a pine framed double bed or rustic pallet double bed, each with conventional mattress. This comes with four covered pillows. Additional bedding can be hired.
